An engineering challenge,

joined floating cubes,

anchored to the lakebed

geometrically lines

drawn to connect

lake side and Italian island,

swathed in rich yellow dahlia fabric

spilling out

from the streets of Sulzano

A fantasy path

draws people from land

to walk on water

Earth’s irregularity

meets artist’s precision

Its built,

so now they come
